COVID-19 Response

As we deal with the “new normal” brought about by COVID-19 we know that it will be absolutely essential to operate in a manner that protects employees, clients and the general public. It is not business as usual.

New Covid-19 health and safety policies have been drafted and are now in effect at Garden Living. These apply to our base operations as well as our on-site visits, and include the use of masks, gloves, sanitizers and sanitization, and physical distancing, as well as regulations regarding “safe to work” policies for employees. We continue to encourage those who can to work from home.

We want you to know that we are very much operational and open for business. We are always available to discuss, plan and design all projects. Once approved, all projects are placed in the production queue and will be processed in the order in which they were received, as per normal operating procedures.

We are experiencing some Covid-19 related production and supplier delays. We will continue to keep our customers informed of production and delivery timelines and we ask that you be patient with us as we navigate through any and all interruptions.
